A necessary clarification
US cat ‘predicts patient deaths’.
Last paragraph:
A doctor who treats patients at the home said she believed there was probably a biochemical explanation, rather than the cat being psychic.
Phew!

On Bad Science they suggest it’s the cat that’s killing them. We’re through the looking glass here people.

I don’t know about Bad Science. The logic is pretty unassailable really. Every person that any cat has ever sat on ends up dead, sooner or later.
(Great use of the “through the looking glass phrase” by the way)

That could be used in a trailer for some sort of Ringu sequel.
“Every person that any cat has ever sat on ends up dead!”
“My cat…it sat on me…just last night…”
“Oh god…”
