Iraqi Translators
See here. My MP is Patricia Hewitt, who had this (trimmed of ‘dear’ and ’sincerely’ etc) to say:
Thank you for your recent e-mail regarding the treatment of Iraqi translators who worked in the British Army in Iraq, which I read with concern. I have therefore written to the Home Office to raise these concerns on your behalf.
As soon as I have received a response I will be in touch with you once again. If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me again.

hi every body
I am an Iraqi translator with high university qualifications .I as translator for the multinational force in Iraq for more than three years .Now I am like a rat in the hole I feel terified of every thing I CAN’T LIVE NORMALLY WITHIN MY SOCIETY I want to go out side Iraq for a while until things back normal I AM ASKING whether I AM ELIGIBLE to get visa to the U.S AND HOW CAN I apply and the most important thing is that I want to pursue my studies in the united states unvirsities to get PhD IN ENGLISH TRANSLATION .I am really pin my hope on the honest people who can help me
