I am an Iraqi translator with high university qualifications .I as translator for the multinational force in Iraq for more than three years .Now I am like a rat in the hole I feel terified of every thing I CAN&#039;T LIVE NORMALLY WITHIN MY SOCIETY I want to go out side Iraq for  a while until things back normal I AM ASKING whether I AM ELIGIBLE to get visa to the U.S AND HOW CAN I apply and the most important thing is that I want to pursue my studies in the united states unvirsities to get PhD IN ENGLISH  TRANSLATION .I am really pin my hope on the honest people who can help me
